Our Philosophy
The District 95 Music Program teams with parents, the community, and the school to provide an atmosphere where students can be successful in learning and performing on musical instruments, both individually and in a large ensemble. At Mayo and Wenz, we feel that the process is just as important as the product; individual development and growth is our goal, and our group performances are demonstrations of the great things we have been doing in class! We aim to uphold the traditions of the past while maintaining a commitment to excellence within each of our ensembles, and each of our students.
